Unique Me!

We had a GREAT week learning all about how God made us all special!

sweet little hands and fingerprints... each one unique :)

In circle time, we made an eye color chart together.  With a little help, the kids got to put eye stickers by the color of their eyes!

Then we counted each group together.

This little guy brought in such cute snacks!  The kids loved their people sandwiches. :)

All the kiddos traced their names like such big boys and girls.  We also reviewed our numbers and traced the number 2 for our two eyes.

Center time was a hit this week!  Here a few kiddos are having such a good time playing on the green carpet while others work hard at the craft and skills centers.

looking at books in the reading center :)

so proud of his play-dough person ;)

These guys are ready to put on a puppet show!

The sensory table was full of colorful pasta this week.  In it were hidden different color bears they tried to find.  Most of them loved it!  A few were not so sure :)

They also loved cutting the noodles!

Mrs. Tracy came in and read a book about fire drills and how to stay safe if there is ever a fire.  Our class then got to have a quick little drill to practice.

Oh how fun snack time was this week!  (thanks to you creative mamas;)

Each child got a placemat with four unique faces on it.  They then got to use their fruit to make eyes, noses, mouth, etc.  They loved it!

The fruit was yummy too. :)

reviewing the number 5 and tracing our names - so big!

"...I am special because I love Dadda."
so many precious comments on this craft :)

In lunch bunch, our little group had so much fun tearing paper (and working their fine motor muscles)  to make a name picture.

so proud!
