Winter Animals

Such a great week at preschool playing, learning, and making crafts around our "winter animals" theme! :)

The sensory bin was full of "snow", ice letters, and penguins!

These boys are hard at work on their alphabet books.

"Look what I can spell with play-dough!" :)

We are continuing our weather graph and weather chart each day!

Playing a fun sight word game at circle time!

Here they are giving their fine motor muscles a great workout while making "walrus tusks" with play dough, speghetti, and Cheerios.

sweet smiles :)

This girl loves to "write the room".  :)

Unique Me!

We had such a great week in preschool learning around our "Unique Me" theme.

These sweet kiddos are getting so smart! I am so proud of all our emergent readers.

We had fun making a flag for each child, all unique :), to hang in our hallway!

Rainbow name writing :)

Making an 11 book for our number of the week!

Each child made a face of themselves and decorated a New Year's hat. They all told us what they would like to learn about in 2015. (we had some cute answers!!:)

We love our tabletop centers!

...and learning and playing during center time.

We made our houses this week with our addresses and phone numbers written on the inside! The kids had a lot of fun decorating these!!

Mrs. Crystal worked with the class on our fingerprint craft. As a class we talked about how God made EACH one of us with different fingerprints! Even twins and brothers and sisters have their own special prints! They thought that was pretty cool. :)

Learning to write our letter of the week, R, for rainbow!!

a fun sensory bin again this week!!
