DINOSAURS

D is for Dinosaur!!

.... and DOTS

The class even practiced tracing their names this week!
(with some help from Mrs. Jeana:)

They used Q-tips to paint in the dots on their dinosaur pictures.
(all while giving their little fine motor muscles a work out)

playing with shapes and letters on the light table

The teachers painted the outline of the dinosaurs, and the kiddos got to paint the inside all by themselves.  They had so much fun!

They have done a wonderful job in the Minds in Motion room.  Each child knows where his/her starting station is each day.  As each song plays, they get their bodies and minds in motion. :)  When the music stops, they sit on their bottoms and sit quietly while I quickly remind each student where they go next.  You can tell your children how proud we are of them!!!  They seriously do SO well in here and are able to get through all the stations because they listen so well!

We have even had time to play with the parachute a couple days!  They LOVED it. Look at those smiles. :)

Walk the D like a Dinosaur :)

dinosaur prints in the playdough :)

We worked on triangles and the letters in our names with this fun dinosaur craft.
