PLANTS

Each kiddo got to plant their own grass seeds to make grass!  These have been kept at school so the class can see their growth!  They will get to come home soon.  :)

Pond Life

Here we are learning about ducks' and frogs' webbed feet! :)  

filling in our daily weather charts :)  

The class did such great independent work this week at the independent station.  Here they are following directions by coloring each pond animal a certain color.  They did a great job reading their color sight words too!! 

After reading A Frog's Life by Louise Gikow, we made this fun project.  We practiced our cutting skills, gluing skills, and even got to paint.  We remembered from our book that a frog starts off as an egg, then it is a tadpole, then a froglet, then a frog!  :)
